05 Saturn Pass Door Wont Unlock Where Is the Power Door Lock Fuse

George I spent all morning looking over the TIS diagrams you shared and something very UNUSUAL about FUSE 63 caught my eye:

For some odd reason both the Diversity Antenna for the Key Fob Remote and the E90 Steptronic Gear Selector Indicator Lighting share FUSE 63.

I would never have made the connection between my gear indicator light and my key fob not working but it directly explains why I'm having my issue. Here is why:

On the morning the keys stopped working I just returned home from the BMW Dealership for my inspection sticker. After parking before exiting the car the first thing I did was re-install my aftermarket F30-style LED shifter (I usually remove the aftermarket shifter when dropping my car off at the BMW Dealership for service).
In the process of putting back in the aftermarket shifter I unplugged X9944 from the gear selector plate to plug into the aftermarket LED shifter. Coincidentally X9944 happens to be the only plug in the Steptronic Assembly that is directly attached to Fuse 63.

Furthermore not only did I forget to turn off the car which is recommended when unplugging stuff under the gear plate but I accidentally plugged in the aftermarket LED Shifter plug upside down into X9944 and only realized after when the indicator lamp was not lighting up on my shifter. I corrected it, turned off the car, exited and attempted to lock the car with the key fob. Nothing. Key fob was not working. Prior to this the key fob was working.

However my central locking button inside the car was and still is working and I was left having to manually lock/unlock the car with the key blade removed from the fob.
Up to now I've replaced all the door locking actuator fuses (72/73) thinking that was the issue. In retrospect I now know it could not have those 72/73 fuses since my central lock inside the car was working fine.

Also I am 100% certain both master key fobs would NOT have batteries dying at the same time especially when I use my master key way more than my wife uses the second master key to drive my car.
My next plan was to find and disassemble the Diversity Antenna to check for water damage but I really doubted water would get in since the sedan/coupe antenna is tucked away inside the car above the headliner and NOT on the tailgate spoiler exposed like it is on the wagons.

Your TIS diagram clearly points me in the direction of FUSE 63. It must have blown when I was tinkering with my LED Shifter while the engine was running.
I will check this FUSE 63 when I get home tonight. Fingers crossed and I'm hoping that is it. If so I will sleep like a baby tonight!
Thanks George hopefully you have saved me a lot of work and money.

Another clue was this thread I found where several E91 owners claimed Fuse 63 was the secret culprit. Apparently the E91 diversity antenna in some cases reported either got wet or damaged blowing Fuse 63 so when a new diversity antenna was put in the key fobs were still not working until Fuse 63 was replaced.

The confusion is the door actuator Fuses 72/73 tend to be more associated with the Key Fobs and Diversity Antennae not working than Fuse 63. Not to mention Comfort Access Cars that have a multitude of specialized antennae around the car.

There is a well documented problem with the door lock actuators blowing fuses 72/73. Those were fine in my car. The diversity antenna amp also has its own fuse (a pink 5A fuse), which was blown. On my car (a 2008) it was #63. After replacing it, remote locking was fixed instantly.
